For HR teams

HR & employee handbook

Turn your policies, handbook and HR forms into one clear wiki. Employees get instant answers about leave, benefits and procedures, any time, without waiting for HR.

Ask the HR handbook

Sound familiar?

The same questions, every week

How many days off do I have left? Who approves my expenses? HR answers them one email at a time.

Policies nobody can find

The handbook is a 60-page PDF, the remote-work rule is in an email from last year, and the forms live in three folders.

Different answers from different people

Managers explain the rules as they remember them. Two employees ask the same thing and hear two answers.

What changes

Today

  • Employees email HR and wait for a reply
  • Policies scattered across PDFs, drives and old emails
  • New joiners spend their first week asking where things are
  • Each office applies the rules its own way

With Ophiry

  • Employees ask the assistant and get the answer in seconds
  • One wiki, organised by topic, written from your own policies
  • New joiners read a clear onboarding section from day one
  • Each office or team sees the rules meant for it

From your files to your wiki

An example of what goes in, and what the AI writes from it. Your own documents produce your own wiki.

What you upload

  • Employee Handbook 2025.pdf

What the AI writes

Employee Handbook

One article, with its sources

Annual leave

Full-time employees receive 21 days of paid leave per year 1. In the first year, leave is prorated from the start date and can be taken from the first month 2. Up to 5 unused days can be carried over to the next year, and must be used by 31 March 1.

  2. 2Leave Policy, p. 3

What you get

Every answer shows its source

The assistant names the policy and section it used, so employees can check it and HR stays the reference.

Says when it doesn't know

If your documents don't cover a question, the assistant says so instead of inventing a rule.

Content per office or team

Share company-wide policies with everyone, and local rules only with the group they apply to.

You approve before it is written

Review the AI's map of your documents and its plan of articles, then decide when the wiki goes live.

Old policies don't mislead

When a newer policy replaces an older one, the AI flags it and writes from the current version.

In your employees' languages

Write the wiki in several languages, and let employees ask in English, French or Arabic.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your documents

Manuals, policies, procedures. As they are.

  2. 2

Review the map and the plan

Ophiry reads everything, flags what is superseded or contradictory, and proposes the articles to write. You approve the plan before anything is written.

  3. 3

The AI Editor-in-Chief writes your wiki

It designs the structure and writes clear articles, each with its sources. You approve.

  4. 4

Your team and clients chat with it

An AI assistant answers their questions in seconds.

Questions

Can employees see confidential HR files?

No. Readers only see the articles and documents you share with them. Personal files that you don't upload never reach the wiki, and a document you mark as not visible to readers stays private.

What if our policies change?

Upload the new version. The AI notices that it replaces the old one, and you approve the updated articles before they go live.

Can we have different rules for different countries?

Yes. Put each country's or office's rules in its own group: employees see the company-wide content plus the rules of their own group, never another group's.

Do employees need training?

No. They read the wiki like any web page and ask the assistant in plain words, the way they would ask a colleague.
