What do I need to get started?
Just your documents: PDF, Word or text files. Sign up, upload them, and the AI does the rest. The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no card.
What happens to my documents? Are they used to train AI?
Your documents are stored on servers in Germany and are private to your company: no other company can see them. They are never used to train AI models, and you can export everything at any time.
Can the AI make things up?
The assistant is built to answer only from your knowledge base, and it shows the articles each answer comes from, so anyone can check. When your documents don't cover a question, it says so instead of guessing, and you see which questions went unanswered so you can fill the gap.
Who can see what?
You decide. Your team manages the knowledge base; readers, such as employees or clients, see only the content meant for them, per client or group. The separation is enforced by the system, not left to the AI.
Which languages does it support?
The app is available in English, French and Arabic. Your knowledge base can be written in several languages, and the assistant answers in the reader's language.
How long does it take?
Uploading takes minutes. The AI first maps your documents and proposes a table of contents for you to approve, then writes the articles in the background. You're notified when they're ready.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your workspace becomes read-only: nothing is deleted straight away, and you can still export everything.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly or yearly, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. A new subscription can be refunded within 14 days.
Can we use our own AI key?
Yes, on any plan. Usage on your own key doesn't count against your plan's AI allowance.
Do you offer invoicing and custom terms?
Yes. The Enterprise plan comes with invoicing, custom limits and custom terms. Contact us and we'll set it up.
