Ophiry

For support teams

Customer support

Give your support team, and your customers, instant answers from your manuals, release notes and troubleshooting guides. Faster replies, and the same answer every time.

Ask the support wiki

Sound familiar?

Agents search instead of answering

The fix exists somewhere: in a manual, a release note, an old ticket. Finding it takes longer than applying it.

New agents take months to ramp up

Until they know the product by heart, new agents escalate what an experienced colleague would solve in a minute.

Customers wait for simple answers

Password resets and warranty questions fill the queue, while the complex cases wait behind them.

What changes

Today

  • Agents dig through PDFs and old tickets for each reply
  • Answers depend on who picks up the ticket
  • Release notes are read once and then forgotten
  • Customers open a ticket for every simple question

With Ophiry

  • Agents find the checked fix in seconds
  • Everyone gives the same answer, with the guide it came from
  • Every release is part of the wiki the day it ships
  • Customers solve the common problems themselves, day and night

What the AI writes

Support Wiki

One article, with its sources

Sync failed

If the app shows "sync failed", first sign out and back in 1. Then check that the device sets its date and time automatically: a wrong clock is the most common cause since version 3.4 2. If it still fails, clear the app cache in Settings → Storage 1.

What you get

Answers with the guide they come from

Agents see which manual and page each answer is based on, so they can reply with confidence.

One wiki for agents, one for customers

Keep internal procedures for your team, and open a separate assistant over customer-facing guides.

Scanned manuals work too

PDF, Word and text files, including scanned pages: the text is read and the tables kept as tables.

Says when it doesn't know

When the guides don't cover a question, the assistant says so, so agents know to escalate.

Up to date with each release

Upload the new release notes; the AI flags what changed and you approve the updated articles.

In your customers' languages

Publish the wiki in several languages and let customers ask in their own.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your documents

Manuals, policies, procedures. As they are.

  2. 2

Review the map and the plan

Ophiry reads everything, flags what is superseded or contradictory, and proposes the articles to write. You approve the plan before anything is written.

  3. 3

The AI Editor-in-Chief writes your wiki

It designs the structure and writes clear articles, each with its sources. You approve.

  4. 4

Your team and clients chat with it

An AI assistant answers their questions in seconds.

Questions

Does it replace our ticketing tool?

No. It is the knowledge your team and customers read and ask. Your tickets stay where they are; agents simply find answers faster.

Can customers use it without seeing internal notes?

Yes. Mark internal documents as not visible to readers, or keep customers in their own group: they only see the content you share with them.

What if a guide is wrong?

Every article can be edited by your team, and every answer shows its source, so a wrong guide is easy to spot and fix.

How many products can we cover?

As many as your plan allows. You can keep one knowledge base per product line, or one for everything.
