Ophiry

For asset managers, banks and advisers

Client portal for financial firms

Give each client a private assistant over the documents meant for them: fund factsheets, fee schedules, procedures. Each client sees only their own content, never another client's.

Ask your client portal

Sound familiar?

Advisers answer the same emails all day

What are my fees? When is my statement? How do I add a signatory? Each question takes an adviser away from advice.

Documents are sent, then lost

Factsheets and procedures go out by email. A month later, the client asks for them again.

Sharing is risky

One client's documents must never reach another. A shared folder with the wrong permission is one click away.

What changes

Today

  • Clients email their adviser for every routine question
  • Documents sent by email, then asked for again
  • Manual care to keep each client's files apart
  • Answers wait for office hours

With Ophiry

  • Clients ask their private assistant and get the answer
  • Every client's documents in one place, always current
  • Separation enforced by the database, not by people
  • Answers day and night, with the source document

What you get

Clients strictly separated

Each client sees only the content shared with them. The separation is enforced by the database, not left to the AI.

Shared and private content

Publish general documents once for every client, and keep each client's own documents for them alone.

Answers with their source

Every answer names the document it is based on, so clients can open it and check.

Says when it doesn't know

When the documents don't answer a question, the assistant says so and the client contacts you instead.

In your clients' languages

Publish in several languages; clients read and ask in English, French or Arabic.

Hosted in the EU

Data is stored on servers in Germany and is never used to train AI models.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your documents

Manuals, policies, procedures. As they are.

  2. 2

Review the map and the plan

Ophiry reads everything, flags what is superseded or contradictory, and proposes the articles to write. You approve the plan before anything is written.

  3. 3

The AI Editor-in-Chief writes your wiki

It designs the structure and writes clear articles, each with its sources. You approve.

  4. 4

Your team and clients chat with it

An AI assistant answers their questions in seconds.

Questions

How do you make sure a client never sees another client's documents?

Each client belongs to its own isolated group, and the database itself refuses to return another group's content. It does not depend on the AI behaving well.

Does it give investment advice?

No. It answers from the documents you publish, with their source, and says when they don't cover a question. Advice stays with your advisers.

How do clients sign in?

With their own account and password. You invite them, and you can disable their access at any time.

How many clients can we invite?

It depends on your plan's number of client readers and isolated clients. Enterprise plans are sized to your client base.
