Ophiry

For consulting and advisory firms

Client portals for consulting firms

Give each client a private knowledge base for their engagement: scope, deliverables, decisions and procedures, with an assistant that answers from them. Every client sees only their own engagement.

Ask your engagement portal

Sound familiar?

Clients keep asking where things are

Which version is final? What did we decide in March? Your consultants answer by email, between two workshops.

Decisions get lost between meetings

Scope changes are agreed in a steering committee, written in the minutes, and forgotten by the next one.

One shared drive, many clients

Every engagement needs its own space, and a document sent to the wrong client is a serious incident.

What changes

Today

  • Clients email the team to find a document or a decision
  • Deliverables in several versions, across email and drives
  • Each engagement's folder set up and policed by hand
  • Knowledge leaves with the consultants who rotate off

With Ophiry

  • Clients ask their portal and get the answer, with its source
  • The current version of every deliverable, clearly marked
  • Each client strictly separated, enforced by the database
  • The engagement's knowledge stays, written down and current

Scope changes

At the steering committee of 12 April, the IT system change was moved from phase 2 to phase 3 1. Phase 2 now covers the procurement process redesign for the three European entities and the training of the purchasing teams 2. Any further change follows the change-request procedure 2.

What you get

One isolated portal per client

Each client sees only their own engagement. The separation is enforced by the database, not left to the AI or to folder permissions.

Decisions written down, with their source

The AI turns minutes and memos into clear articles, and every answer cites the meeting or document it comes from.

Latest version, flagged

When a new version of a deliverable arrives, the AI flags the one it replaces and writes from the current one.

Your methods, shared once

Publish your standard guides and procedures for every client, and keep each engagement's documents for that client alone.

You stay in control

Your team reviews the AI's plan and every article before a client sees it, and can edit anything.

In your client's language

Write each portal in the languages your client works in; their people ask in their own.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your documents

Manuals, policies, procedures. As they are.

  2. 2

Review the map and the plan

Ophiry reads everything, flags what is superseded or contradictory, and proposes the articles to write. You approve the plan before anything is written.

  3. 3

The AI Editor-in-Chief writes your wiki

It designs the structure and writes clear articles, each with its sources. You approve.

  4. 4

Your team and clients chat with it

An AI assistant answers their questions in seconds.

Questions

Can a client ever see another client's documents?

No. Each client is an isolated group, and the database itself refuses to return another group's content. Your general guides can be shared with every client on purpose.

Who decides what the client sees?

Your team. You choose which documents feed each portal, mark internal ones as not visible to the client, and approve every article before it is published.

What happens at the end of the engagement?

You can keep the portal open, switch the client's access off, or export everything. Nothing is deleted without you deciding it.

How long does it take to set up a new client?

Create the client's group, upload the engagement documents and approve the AI's plan. The articles are then written in the background, and you are told when they are ready for your review.
