Ophiry

For compliance and operations teams

Compliance & procedures

Make your procedures, policies and controls easy to find and follow. Staff ask in plain words and get the exact rule, with the section it comes from.

Ask the procedures wiki

Sound familiar?

Rules are written, but not read

The procedure exists, approved and signed. Staff still ask a colleague, because finding the right section takes too long.

Old versions keep circulating

The 2022 procedure was replaced, but its PDF is still on the shared drive, and someone follows it.

Every question lands on the same few people

Compliance officers spend their day answering "am I allowed to" instead of reviewing and improving controls.

What changes

Today

  • Staff ask a colleague instead of reading the procedure
  • Several versions of the same policy in circulation
  • Answers given from memory, without a reference
  • Compliance officers answer the same questions all day

With Ophiry

  • Staff ask the assistant and get the exact rule
  • The current version only; replaced documents are flagged
  • Every answer cites the section it is based on
  • Officers spend their time on the cases that need them

What the AI writes

Procedures

One article, with its sources

Reporting a data breach

Report a suspected breach to the security team at once, using the incident form, and do not investigate it yourself 1. The Data Protection Officer decides within 72 hours whether the authorities must be told 2. This replaces the 2022 rule, which allowed 5 days.

  1. 1Incident Response Procedure, step 1
  2. 2Data Protection Policy 2025, section 8

What you get

The exact rule, with its section

Every answer points to the document and section it is based on, so anyone can check before acting.

Replaced versions are flagged

The AI reads all your documents together and tells you when one replaces another, before anything is written.

A person approves every step

You review the AI's map of the documents, approve its plan, and decide when each article goes live.

Says when it doesn't know

If no procedure covers a question, the assistant says so instead of guessing, and the question goes to a person.

Each team sees its own procedures

Share group-wide policies with everyone, and team or country procedures only with the people they apply to.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your documents

Manuals, policies, procedures. As they are.

  2. 2

Review the map and the plan

Ophiry reads everything, flags what is superseded or contradictory, and proposes the articles to write. You approve the plan before anything is written.

  3. 3

The AI Editor-in-Chief writes your wiki

It designs the structure and writes clear articles, each with its sources. You approve.

  4. 4

Your team and clients chat with it

An AI assistant answers their questions in seconds.

Questions

Can the AI change what a procedure says?

It writes clear articles from your documents and cites them, but you approve the plan and every article before it goes live, and you can edit any of them.

What happens to an outdated procedure?

When a newer document replaces it, the AI flags the pair for you, and writes from the current one. You confirm before anything is published.

Is it an audit trail?

Every change to the knowledge base is recorded with who made it and when. It does not replace your document-control system: it makes its content easy to find and follow.

Where is our data stored?

On servers in Germany, in the EU. Your documents are never used to train AI models.
