This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to every Customer and to every user and reader a Customer invites to Ophiry.
You must not use the Service to
- Break any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so.
- Upload, store or share content that you do not have the right to use, or that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of others.
- Upload special categories of personal data, children's personal data, payment card data, government identification numbers or regulated data (such as protected health information), unless agreed with us in writing.
- Upload malware, or content designed to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to any system.
- Generate, publish or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, fraudulent or deliberately misleading.
- Use AI-generated content to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without meaningful human review.
- Attempt to bypass the Service's limits, access controls or isolation between workspaces, or to access data that is not yours.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or overload it (for example through automated requests beyond normal use), without our written permission.
- Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service.
- Resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau, except to your own readers as the Service intends.
- Reverse engineer the Service or use it to build a competing product.
- Attempt to extract, copy or reproduce the AI models used by the Service, or to manipulate them into ignoring their safety measures (for example through prompt injection aimed at other workspaces).
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, without liability, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, in proportion to the risk. Where the law requires, we may report illegal activity to the authorities.
